Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the content on
the site is accurate and current, we give no guarantee that the content will be

MAKING A PURCHASE
If you wish to make a purchase from our website you will
find our products in the “Current Offers” section of each department and click
“Buy Now”. You will be asked to register and input some basic information. We
accept Debit/Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard) via PayPal. Please note you do not
require a PayPal account to order from us.
Alternatively if you do not wish to purchase through our
website please phone our offices on 01262 674816 and you can arrange payment
and delivery over the telephone.
All goods are charged at the time of order.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
All prices quoted include FREE LOCAL DELIVERY – within a 40
mile radius. If you wish to purchase something form us and you are outside of
our local delivery area then please contact us BEFORE you purchase.
We aim to deliver your order within 3 business days between
the hours of 08.00 am to 17.00 pm Monday to Friday. If we have any problems
then we will contact you via e-mail or telephone at the time of purchase.
BACK ORDER
If your item is not in stock we will back order for you and
will inform you via e-mail or telephone.
TAX CHARGES
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT
is added.
PAYMENT SECURITY
Payment to us is via PayPal. Please note you do not have to
have a PayPal account to order form us. PayPal is a safe, faster and more
secure way to pay online.

RETURNS POLICY
We will allow the return of goods on the understanding that
they are in the same condition that they were when they were purchased. There
will be no re-stocking charge, however we may charge you carriage to return the
item/s. Perishable goods are not refundable ( ie Plasters, Cements etc. ).
