Quality Materials
The Weber selection of manufacturing material and
processes has been honed and refined to ensure that
Weber® quality and durability remain unsurpassed.
The use of only low
carbon steel, the porcelain enamel finish fired on at
870°c for superior heat reflection, the rust protection
and years of fire-proof service, sophisticated robot
welding that ensure precise welds time after time. All
means that nothing is left to chance in the manufacture
of your barbecue.
Easy to assemble
Many other barbecue manufacturers take the easy option
and use cost-cutting measures in the production process
resulting in a barbecue that’s difficult to assemble.
Weber® has chosen to
ensure that their barbecues are easy to put together,
taking extra time and expense during production to weld
steel handles, hooks and adapters (for mounting legs)
using high tech welding robots, which ensure a precise
and durable weld.
These little details mean
that Weber owners are never left standing with a handful
of screws and nuts that make barbecue assembly a
nightmare. Instead they have a barbecue which is both
quick to assemble and will not rust.
